無求便是安心法,放下真為長壽方。節食以去病,寡欲以延年。

 心之不安在於慾多,求而不得,心即不安。若要安心,就應無求,心無所求,不安何存?人人皆求長壽,卻放不下一切,心隨事動,苦樂不休,身心疲憊,試問又如何長壽?食多病也多,臟腑紊亂,皆因不節口腹之欲所致。若能節食,清淡,身體方能得其滋養,病亦難生。欲寡則能心靜,心靜身亦靜,身心清靜,何愁不能延年益壽!
