一個信守承諾的人，不會因為利益與誘惑改變自己的諾言。「許人一物，千金不移」是一種高貴的品質，也是每個人必須堅守的信條。想要成就圓滿的人生，尤其要懂得一諾千金的重要性。違反約定也許讓您嘗到暫時的甜頭，但卻以品行的缺憾為代價。「人無信不立」，人一旦失信則威信全無，也就難以立足了。「言必信，行必果」是人生圓滿的前提。
A superior man’s promise carries the weight as heavy as Mt. Tai and, by not acting contrary to the reason of Heaven and the sentiment of human beings and not deceiving himself as well as Heaven, he fulfills his promise to satisfaction.
