說人是非者，必為造作是非之人，誇耀自身的長處，必定妒忌他人的長才，有這些行為看得出是個氣量狹窄之輩，容易不經意結怨他人 : 有才者，懂得曖曖內含光，謙虛低調，厚積而薄發，心胸寬闊，樂於將光芒分享給他人，成為社會中的一股暖流。
Those who talk about others’ shortcomings will protect their own shortcomings; those who exaggerate their own strengths will be jealous of others’ strengths. These are the ones who are not generous in their heart and are narrow in their knowledge.
