每週金句-No.037 孔子說：「君子無終食之間違仁，造次必於是，顛沛必於是。」君子者終身持守仁道，從那邊跌跤，就從跌跤處站起，莫可輕易放棄。

「不論是在順境、逆境，甚至是面對生死挑戰時，君子都會堅守自己心中的仁，絕不放鬆。」這是孔子在陳蔡之間絕糧的時候，與弟子分享的心得，以身體力行的方式告訴弟子們，君子就是無時無刻不與自己的「仁」在一起，無論在哪邊受挫，就從受挫處學經驗，把守仁的功夫，更精進地往上推進，絕不放棄。
Confucius said, “A superior man does not act contrary to benevolence even in the short time of a single meal. He abides by benevolence in a moment of haste, as well as during hardship.” A superior man upholds benevolence throughout his life, gets back up right at the place where he fell down, and never gives up easily.
